2002, my journey in the IT and Software Industry commenced innocently, with a small internship at Compaq Computer (later HP), initially aimed at earning a few bucks. Little did I know it would spark my career trajectory. Post Graduation I started my carrer at Micrososft in several positions.
Since 2009, I've held various leadership and Executive roles, steering product lines, regions, and sales organizations e.g Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Compleet, Global Go-to-Market Director at Sage and Country Manager at Lessor.
Throughout, I've honed extensive expertise in team building, scalable expansions, navigating pre and post M&A integrations, orchestrating organizational pivots, and driving business expansion strategies.
In 2013, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, founding Siminio UG.
In 2021, joined ICEO Technologies as a Partner, focusing on advising startups and scaleups across Europe.
